Bhai ap koi bhi AC ka board repair kar doge?

Relay either works, either don't, they are noting but just a magnet. Realy doesn't heatup on its own, If its getting heated means that the load is higher on the side which is controlled by the relay, that means the component that is connected to relay is having a issue. If you don't belive me, just turn on the relay using 12v adaptor and without load and it will not get heated.

Yeh acha istemal hai, thermal meter se check karne ka. Agar aap ko power dissipation dekhni h tho ya to probing krke power loss check karen nahi to thermal gun leke heat dissipation check kare. Kl parso ek technician voltage 220 se 200 h to kharab h bolkr ke gaya h, are bhai chances h mana ni kr rha lekin uska load current tho check krle, multimeter laga ke 220V badhiya h tho koi kabadi bhi bol dega.
